Raymond Fleming, founder of Squared Away Construction, is dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive construction training and life skills development.

Drawing from his experiences on the West Side of Chicago, Raymond seeks to inspire those facing challenges, demonstrating that with dedication and the right training, they can achieve success and fulfillment.

He envisions expanding Squared Away's offering to include cutting-edge technologies such as drone operation and energy sustainability, preparing participants to lead in these innovative fields and fostering a commitment to environmental stewardship.
