Meet Our Team

Monshawn Casey entered the construction industry at age sixteen through a plumbing apprenticeship and has since developed expertise in residential, commercial, and private properties.

He joined Squared Away Construction as a plumber two years ago and has rapidly advanced to a lead instructor and trainer, guiding job sites with an emphasis on skill development and knowledge transfer.

Beyond his work, Monshawn volunteers his skills across the city and has recently launched his own plumbing business, fulfilling his passion for realizing visionary projects.

Outside of his career, he cherishes spending time with family, cooking with his children, and engaging in sports and gaming, savoring life's simple pleasures.
