Raymond Fleming, owner of Squared Away Construction, is committed to shaping the future of young individuals through innovative STEM and construction programs.

A graduate of Providence St. Mel’s and Valparaiso University, and a veteran of the United States Navy, Raymond has dedicated his life to mentorship and education. With decades of experience in diverse educational roles—from state departments to alternative schools—Raymond excels in transforming challenging youth into empowered individuals. His hands-on approach in programs like YouthBuild not only teaches essential skills but also changes mindsets, fostering resilience and a strong work ethic among the participants.

Raymond’s current initiatives include expanding training to offer architectural design and building information modeling (BIM) classes, alongside sustainable energy solutions and drone technology. His guiding philosophy is simple yet profound: to be the best role model possible and to equip young people with the skills to navigate and succeed in life’s myriad paths.
