Kiana Perkins is a dedicated Business Consultant & Project Manager specializing in property rehabilitation, with a solid educational foundation from the Illinois Workforce Program and certifications including NCCER & OSHA 10. She has a passion for construction and entrepreneurship, excelling in transforming simple ideas into successful ventures, whether it's launching a new business or turning vacant lots into beautiful homes. 

Outside of work, she enjoys delving into new books, taking refreshing walks, and expressing her creativity through writing.
