Atha Sharod studied Public Policy with a specialization in Education at the University of Chicago, where she developed a passion for fostering welcoming and productive learning environments. Beginning her career as a Management Development Trainee at McMaster-Carr, an industrial supply company, she contributed to various projects and operations, particularly within the Product Development Department and Talent Initiatives. Now as a Project Manager at Squared Away, Atha focuses on revamping the company's website and communication processes. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Bob's Burgers and exploring new restaurants.
